Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, email address and Pakistani mobile number, then set a secure password. The three-step form takes under two minutes to complete. After submitting, you will receive a one-time passcode on your mobile number — enter it to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in, make your first deposit in PKR and start playing.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on pak11. This is strictly enforced. At registration you confirm your age by declaration. Before your first withdrawal, pak11 completes a KYC identity check using your CNIC details. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are permanently closed and any balances are refunded to the depositing payment method.

No. pak11 enforces a strict one-account-per-player rule. Each player may hold exactly one account linked to their CNIC, mobile number and payment methods. Creating duplicate accounts — including to claim welcome bonuses more than once — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. Go to Account Settings and use the Self-Exclusion or Account Closure option. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited. Some personal details can be updated directly from your Account Settings page. For changes to your registered email address or mobile number — which are linked to your security setup — you need to contact pak11 support. KYC verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. You do not need to submit documents at registration. The minimum deposit on pak11 is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet deposits. For bank transfers (IBFT) and card deposits, the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum cap on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are processed in real time for wallet methods — your pak11 balance updates within seconds of a successful transaction.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals to verified accounts typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals process within a similar timeframe. Bank transfers (IBFT) settle within two hours during standard banking hours in Pakistan. Card withdrawals can take 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank. pak11 charges no withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are almost always instant, but occasional network delays do occur. Wait 5 minutes and refresh your wallet. If the balance still has not updated, go to your pak11 transaction history to check the deposit status. If it shows as pending, contact pak11 live chat support with your deposit reference number, the amount and the payment method used. The support team can trace the transaction and resolve most pending deposits within minutes.

There are a few reasons a withdrawal may be declined: KYC verification has not been completed yet; there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements applied to your balance; the withdrawal destination does not match the verified payment details on your account; or the requested amount exceeds your withdrawable balance. pak11 does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your wallet, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount you receive. Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game. A single joker card is dealt face up, then cards are dealt alternately to two sides — Andar (inside) and Bahar (outside). You bet on which side the card matching the joker's value will appear first. Once you are a registered pak11 player, you have a unique referral link in your account. Share this link with friends in Pakistan. When a friend registers via your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, you receive a PKR bonus credited to your account. Bonuses have an expiry date — if the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your balance. The expiry date and remaining wagering progress are visible in the Bonuses section of your account at all times. If you believe a bonus was removed in error — for example before its stated expiry — contact pak11 support with the bonus reference and the team will investigate.
Security & Privacy

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number. pak11 will send a password reset link to your email or an SMS code to your mobile. Follow the instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after 30 minutes so complete the process promptly. If you no longer have access to your registered email or mobile, contact support at [email protected].

Act immediately. Change your password right away using the Forgot Password option on the Login page. Then contact pak11 live chat support and report the suspicious activity. The support team will review your account's login history, identify any unauthorised sessions and help you lock down the account. Do not delay — reporting quickly limits any potential impact on your PKR balance. pak11 will never ask for your password or OTP codes in any communication.

Yes. pak11 supports OTP-based login as a form of two-factor authentication. Instead of using a static password, you can log in by requesting a one-time passcode sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. The code is valid for five minutes and can only be used once. You can switch between Password login and OTP login from the Login page. Enabling OTP login significantly increases your account security.
Responsible Gaming

Log in to your pak11 account and go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming. You will find options for daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in PKR. Set the limit and confirm — it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before the new higher limit becomes active.
